I started taking pictures in 1985 my Senior year in High School, I was one of the school photographers for the newspaper and yearbook. I continued to take pictures after High School but was completely as a hobby. I joined the Air Force right out of High School in hopes to see the world and I got to see North Dakota, after 4 years I decided to leave active duty and join the Kansas Air National Guard and finally got to see more of the world, I have traveled to Turkey, England, Spain, Egypt, Ecuador, and Guam. While visiting these countries I had the chance to capture some images of these places.
In 2009 I was laid off from my normal job and had to re-evaluate on what I was going to do for a living and it was at this time I turned to my photography something that I had done strictly for myself and to share the pictures with my family. I bought lots of books and watched tons of videos to learn more about photoshop and lightroom.

Photography is not my full-time job but it is something that I have a great deal of passion for and it allows me to be as creative as I want to be which you will see in some of the pictures you will see from some of the pictures I have on my site, I truly hope you enjoy these as much as I enjoyed taking them and creating the images.

I have had the honor of being chosen to be the photographer for Bill Self's Fantasy Basketball Camp and Youth Camps for the last 2 years.
